Answered frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for custom and private-label products is 1 ton. Small-batch trial orders are supported for customer sampling and verification.

Do you support export and foreign trade orders?

Yes. The company has obtained export food production enterprise filing certification, along with HACCP and global Halal certification, and can handle foreign trade orders.

Can syrup specifications and flavors be customized?

OEM/ODM is supported. Dry solids content, fructose content, or flavored syrups can be adjusted per customer requirements, with services from sampling to mass production.

What quality certifications do you have?

Certified under Indonesia MUI Halal, ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and ISO 22000, holding Food Production License (SC12334132205467) and export food production enterprise filing, with foreign trade delivery capabilities.

Which industries use your products?

Beverages, dairy products, baking, health foods, and fermentation industries, among others. The full F90/F60/F55/F42 spectrum meets different sweetness and processing requirements.

What packaging options are available?

Options include 25kg drums, 75kg drums, 250kg drums, 6.25kg drums, and tank truck delivery. Specific specifications are confirmed upon commercial agreement.

How can I obtain a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Contact the sales team to obtain the COA for the corresponding batch. F60 specifications can be referenced from enterprise standard Q/AHPQ 0001S-2022 (filing No. 34202204846S).

What are the characteristics of IMO syrup?

IMO syrup is a functional oligosaccharide with prebiotic properties, with sweetness approximately 40%–60% of sucrose and calories approximately 60%–70% of sucrose. It is suitable for health foods and fermented dairy products.

What is the difference between fructo-oligosaccharide and isomalto-oligosaccharide?

The main difference is the glycosidic structure and sweetness profile: FOS is a sucrose-type (beta-2,1) oligosaccharide with about 30-60% of the sweetness of sucrose, commonly used for fibre enrichment and infant formula; IMO is an alpha-1,6 oligosaccharide with about 40-60% sweetness that is heat and acid tolerant, suited to dairy, bakery and beverages.

How do HFCS grades F42, F55, F60 and F90 differ, and how do I choose?

They are distinguished by fructose content: F42 ≥42%, F55 ≥55%, F60 ≥60% and F90 ≥90% on dry solids. Higher fructose means higher sweetness and a stronger cold-sweetness effect. F42/F55/F60 follow GB/T 20882.4-2021; F90 is used in reduced- and zero-sugar formulas and blended sweetener systems.

Which flavours can be developed for flavoured syrup, and how does sampling work?

Flavours and Brix are blended to customer requirements (for example caramel, brown sugar, honey, vanilla or sea-salt vanilla), with OEM/ODM private label supported. The process is requirement discussion, sampling confirmation, then volume production, with flavour and Brix confirmed by the sample.

What are the shelf life and storage conditions of the products?

Liquid products have a 12-month shelf life and solid (powder/granule) products 18 months. Store in a cool, dry place, sealed and away from light; use soon after opening and protect from moisture. The product label always prevails.

Can I test samples before deciding on a purchase?

Yes. The MOQ for customised and private-label orders is 1 tonne and small trial orders are accepted; volume production can be scheduled after the sampled specification and application tests are confirmed, so customers can validate formula and taste first.

How are lead time and logistics arranged?

Standard delivery is in 25 kg drums/bags, 1,000 kg IBC totes or food-grade bulk tankers; full-truck and tanker shipments are scheduled by route, with the exact lead time confirmed on order.

Do you provide non-GMO (IP) statements?

Products are made from starch and sucrose by enzymatic conversion and separation/purification. If a project requires non-GMO statements or system documents, please confirm this at the enquiry stage; the formal documents provided prevail.

Can fructo-oligosaccharide be used in infant formula?

FOS can be used as a prebiotic ingredient in infant formula and infant cereal products; the permitted scope and dosage should follow GB 14880 and the relevant standards as well as the finished-product formula.

How do I convert syrup sweetness into sucrose equivalents?

With sucrose = 1, F42 is about 1.0, F55 about 1.05, F60 about 1.1-1.2 and F90 about 1.2-1.6 (sweeter at lower temperature), while FOS is about 0.3-0.6. Actual replacement ratios should be verified by sampling, taking dry solids and the food matrix into account.

Do you support OEM/ODM private label and confidential formulations?

Yes. We undertake OEM/ODM private-label production to the customer's flavour and specification requirements, and can sign confidentiality agreements covering formulation and packaging information.

What payment and settlement terms are available?

Payment before shipment or agreed credit terms are both possible, and 13% VAT invoices can be issued; the specific settlement terms are set out in the written contract between both parties.

How can I quickly choose the right syrup grade?

Three steps: first define the sweetness target of the finished product (general sweetening, high sweetness, or reduced/zero sugar), then the process conditions (high-temperature baking or acidic systems), and finally the packaging and delivery form. Alternatively, submit your formula requirements and our technical team will advise on grade selection.
